Section 15, The Legal Aid Act, 2012

(1) The activities of the Board shall be financed by afund consisting of- (a) monies appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of the Board; (b) monies generated by the Board in the course of its activities ; and (c) grants, donations, bequests or other contributions made to the Board. (2) The funds of the Board shall be managed by the Director who shall also act as the vote controller in accordance with the Public Budgeting and Accountability Act, 2005.
