An application for legal aid representation may be refusedif–
(a) the application form for legal aid has not
been properly completed by the applicant or
his representative;
(b) the applicant has knowingly included false
information in the application form and the
income and assets declaration ; or
(c) the applicant is not eligible for legal aid under
this Act.
