Section 40, The Legal Aid Act, 2012

(1) The Board may by statutory instrument make rules orregulations for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) Rules or regulations made under subsection (1) may provide for– (a) the publication of the scheme under which legal aid is provided; (b) procedures for the administration of legal aid; (c) application and other forms for legal aid; (d) procedures for monitoring and evaluating the provision of legal aid; and (e) matters to be included in the returns in section 39.
