Section 16, The National Minerals Agency Act, 2012

(1) The Agency shall be financed by monies appropriatedby Parliament for the purpose of the Agency.
(2) The Agency may from time to time apply appropriated
monies established under subsection (1)–
(a) to the cost of administration of the Agency;
(b) for reimbursing members of the Agency,
agents or any committees set up by the
Agency for such expenses as may be
expressly authorized by the Agency in
accordance with the rates approved by
Government;

(c) to the payment of salaries, fees or other
remuneration, allowances, pension and
gratuities payable to employees of the
Agency; and
