Section 21, The National Minerals Agency Act, 2012

The Minister may, on the advice of the Board, by legislativeinstrument, make Regulations–
(a) providing for the establishment of
committees for the control of and the
administration of a particular mineral; and
(b) generally for the effective implementation of
this Act.
