(1) No person with a personal interest in activities orpractices regulated by the Unit shall be a member of the Board.
(2) A person appointed or nominated to be a Member of
the Board shall disclose in writing his personal interests or otherwise
in the activities of the Unit.
(3) A member of the Board who contravenes subsections
(1) and (2) shall be guilty of misconduct and shall be liable to be
removed from the Board.
