Section 21, The National Pharmaceutical Procurement Unit Act, 2012

(1) The Unit shall have, in addition to the Managing Director, other staff including a Finance Officer, Administrative Officer and such other additional technical and administrative staff, as may be required for the efficient performance of the functions of the Unit. (2) The Finance Officer and the other staff of the Unit shall be appointed by the Board subject to such terms and conditions as the Board shall determine. .
