Section 71, The Patents and Industrial Design Act, 2012

Subject to subsection (1) of section 23 and subsection (3)of section 50, an infringement shall consist of performance of any act
referred to in sections 22 and 57 in Sierra Leone by a person other
than the owner of the title of protection and without the consent of
the owner.
