Article 12, (Ratification) Act, 2011

Practical Arrangements Appropriate arrangements shall be made to ensure that there is a coordinated transition from the activities of the Special Court to the activities of the Residual Special Court. Priority shall be given to the needs of the Residual Special Court in the liquidation of the assets of the Special Court, after which the assets shall be disposed of to the Government of Sierra Leone in accordance with the liquidation policy of the Special Court.
