Section 16: A person who intentionally–

(a) penetrates the mouth, vagina or anus of a
living animal with his penis; or
(b) causes or permits another person’s vagina
or anus to be penetrated by the penis of a
living animal,
commits the offence of bestiality and is liable on conviction
to a term of imprisonment not exceeding ten years.
