Section 107, Terrorism Act, 2012

The competent authority upon application to the court mayin respect of any proceedings for unlawful activity, money laundering and financing of terrorism, apply for an order directed to any person resident in a foreign State to deliver himself or any document or material in his possession or under his control to the jurisdiction of the court or, subject to the approval of the foreign State, to the jurisdiction of the court of the foreign State for the purpose of giving evidence in relation to those proceedings.
