Section 12, Terrorism Act, 2012

(1) The Unit shall, within six months after the end of thefinancial year submit to the President an annual report on the performance of its functions during that year. (2) The annual report shall include a copy of the audited accounts of the Unit together with the audit report on the accounts. (3) The President shall cause the report to be laid before Parliament.
