Section 123, Terrorism Act, 2012

(1) A person referred to in subsection (1) of section 45who discloses a fact or information contemplated in that section, otherwise than in the circumstances or for the purposes authorized in that section commits an offence. (2) A person referred to in subsection (1) of section 45, who with intent to prejudice an investigation of an unlawful activity, a money laundering offence or an offence of financing of terrorism or for the purpose of obtaining directly or indirectly an advantage or a pecuniary gain for himself or herself or any other person contravenes that subsection, commits an offence.
