Section 133, Terrorism Act, 2012

(1) The Unit may, issue guidelines, directives or bystatutory instrument make Regulations for carrying out the provisions
of this Act and may, where necessary by statutory instrument amend
the Schedules.
(2) Guidelines and directives issued under subsection
(1) shall have the force of law.
