The disclosure of information referred to in paragraph (p)of subsection (1) of section 13 shall be on such terms and conditions
as are set out in an agreement or between the Unit and that foreign
state or international organization regarding the exchange of
information and shall include a condition that the report or information
shall only be used for intelligence purposes and be treated as
confidential and shall only be disclosed with the consent of the Unit.
