Section 3, Terrorism Act, 2012

(1) The governing body of the Unit shall be the Inter- Ministerial Committee consisting of– (a) the Minister responsible for finance who shall be the chairman; (b) the Attorney-General; (c) the Minister responsible for internal affairs ; (d) the Governor of the Bank of Sierra Leone. (2) The Director shall be secretary to the Inter-Ministerial (3) The Inter-Ministerial Committee shall– (a) supervise the activities of the Unit; (b) approve the financial estimates of the Unit; (c) provide policy guidance, advice or directives that will ensure that the Unit performs its functions efficiently ; (d) perform other functions prescribed in this Act.
