Committee may– Establishment of Financial Intelligence Unit. Governing body of Unit. Meeting of Inter- Ministerial Powers of Inter- Ministerial 14 15 (a) direct the Director to furnish it with any information, report or other document which the Committee considers necessary for the performance of its functions; (b) give instructions to the Director in connection with the management and performance of the functions of the Unit.
