Section 51: Whenever it appears to a supervisory authority or to the

Unit, or an independent auditor, that a reporting entity or any of their
respective directors, officers or employees, is not complying or has
not complied with the obligations prescribed in this Act, it shall inform
the Unit or the relevant authority.
