A reporting entity or person who intentionally or by grossnegligence and without reasonable excuse-
(a) fails to maintain books and records as
required by this Act;
(b) destroys or removes any documents required
to be maintained under this Act; or
(c) fails to make the information available in a
timely manner in response to a lawful request
for it,
L10,000,000.00 or to a term of imprisonment not less than two years or
to both the fine and imprisonment.
