The relevant authority may seize and detain any cash ornegotiable bearer instruments which is being imported into, or exported
from, Sierra Leone, in any form or manner if he has reasonable grounds
for suspecting that it is-
(a) derived from an unlawful activity or a money
laundering offence or an offence of financing
(b) intended by any person for use in the
commission of an unlawful activity or a money
laundering offence or an offence of financing
of terrorism.
