Section 71, Terrorism Act, 2012

(1) Where a body has the power to investigate orprosecute unlawful activities, either under this Act or under any other
enactment, this power also extends to the investigation or prosecution
of related money laundering and financing of terrorism offences.
(2) A body that has prosecution powers may seek the
assistance of other law enforcement agencies for purposes of
conducting the required investigations.
