Section 78, Terrorism Act, 2012

(1) A copy of a restraining order which affects lands in Sierra Leone shall be registered with the Registrar-General. (2) A restraining order is of no effect with respect to registered land unless it is registered as a charge under the Registration of Instruments Act. (3) Where particulars of a restraining order are registered under the Registration of Instruments Act, a person who subsequently deals with the property shall, for the purposes of section 81, be deemed to have notice of the order at the time of the dealing.
