(1) The competent authority may apply to the Court thatmade a restraining order for an extension of the period of the operation
of the order.
(2) Where the competent authority makes an application
under subsection (1), the Court may extend the operation of a
restraining order for a specified period, if it is satisfied that a
confiscation order may be made in respect of the property or part of
it or that a pecuniary penalty order may be made against the person.
