Section 84: Were an application is made to the Court under subsection

(1) of section 82 for a forfeiture or confiscation order against any tainted property in consequence of a person having died or absconded in connection with an unlawful activity and the Court is satisfied that– (a) any property is tainted property in respect of the offence; (b) an information has been laid alleging the commission of the offence by that person and a warrant for the arrest of that person has been issued in relation to that information; and (c) the accused charged with the offence referred to in paragraph (b) has died or absconded, the Court may order that the property or property specified by the Court in the order be forfeited or confiscated.
