Section 11, The Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Act, 2012

(1) The activities of the Authority shall be financed byfunds consisting of–
(a) any moneys appropriated from time to time
by Parliament for the purposes of the
Authority;
(b) all other moneys which may, from time to time,
accrue to the Authority in the course of its
activities.
(2) The funds of the Authority shall be applied only for
the purposes of the approved budget of the Authority.
