(1) A person who wishes to renew a licence issued underthis Act, shall make a written application to the Authority, in such
form and within such period as may be prescribed .
(2) Upon receipt of an application under subsection (1),
the Authority, may require the applicant to furnish any additional
information that it considers relevant
