(1) Every inspection or investigation conducted by an Inspector under this Act, shall be recorded and submitted to the
Authority for necessary or appropriate action.
(2) Every record of an inspection or investigation
conducted by an Inspector under subsection (1), shall be made
available to the relevant officials and authorised persons.
