Any person who wilfully obstructs the Commission or otherwise interferes with the Commission in the discharge of its functions commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand leones or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding one year or to a term of community service not exceeding three years.[Margin: Offence.] No. 15 The National Commission for Democracy Decree 1994 7
