N.P.R.C. Decree No. 7 [Coat of Arms] Sierra Leone 1994 The Road User Charges Decree, 1994 [Margin: Short title.] [1st July, 1992] [Margin: Date of Commencement.] PURSUANT to paragraph 3 of the Proclamation entitled "The Administration of Sierra Leone (National Provitional Ruling Council) Proclamation, 1992", the National Provisional Ruling Council makes and issues the following Decree—

All monies realised from the road user shall be deposited in the Road Fund established under subsection (1) of section 25 of the Sierra Leone Roads Authority Act, 1992 and shall be used for the purposes specified in subsection (3) of section 25 of the Act. [Margin: Regulations.]
