(1) There shall be established a Secretariat to serve the Commission and its Committee. (2) The Secretariat shall consist of—
(a) the Chairman;
(b) the Secretary to the Commission;
(c) a Public Relations Officer;
(d) a Finance Officer; and
(e) such other persons as may be approved by the Committee.
