Section 106, The Criminal Procedure Act, 2024

Where a defendant adduces evidence other than evidenceas to character in his defence, except with the leave of the Court,- (a) the prosecutor may adduce evidence in reply thereto but shall not make observations by way of reply to the evidence adduced by the defendant; and (b) the defendant shall not make observations on evidence adduced by the prosecutor in reply.
