(1) Section 133B shall not deprive a person of his rightsundersection 133A to change his election and a person who has elected to be tried by a Judge with the aid of assessors may afterwards re-elect to be tried by Judge alone if he changes his election 2 days before trial, otherwise his change of election shall have no effect. (2) Where 2 or more persons are charged jointly if they do not all duly elect to be tried by the Court with the aid of assessors, they shall be tried by Judge alone. ARRAIGNMENT
