(1) Prosecutions on indictment in the High Court shall beconducted by a Law Officer or a legal practitioner.
(2) Indictment signed by a Law Officer, otherwise than
at the instance of any other person, shall be heard in the order they
are presented by the Law Officer and assessors shall not be selected
for such case until it has been so presented.
