Section 186, The Criminal Procedure Act, 2024

A person committed for non-payment may pay the summentioned in the warrant, with the amount of expenses therein
authorised to the person in whose custody he is and that person
shall thereupon issue to him a duly authorised receipt and then
discharge him if he is in custody for no other matter.
