Section 190, The Criminal Procedure Act, 2024

(1) A warrant to enforce the payment of money due inrespect of fines, penalties and forfeited recognisances shall be sufficiently addressed for execution by being directed, in the case of; - (a) the Western Area to the Sheriff, Under Sheriff, or Deputy Sheriff; and (b) the Provinces to the Assistant Sheriff or the Assistant Inspector-General of Police of the Region. (2) A warrant under subsection (1), may be delivered to Police Officers for execution.
