Section 194, The Criminal Procedure Act, 2024

(1) The forms set out in the Schedule may be used in allproceedings to which they are applicable with such variations as circumstances require and shall be valid and effectual for all purposes. (2) In proceedings to which a form is not applicable, the Rules of Court Committee may by statutory instrument prescribe the forms required for such proceedings.
