A Remitting Court shall, where a person is held in custodyunder subsection (1) of section 35, issue a warrant, which shall be
sufficient authority to a person to whom it is directed, to receive and
detain the person named in it, and to carry and deliver him up to the
Court to which the person charged is remitted for trial.
