Where a person is accused of the commission of an offenceat sea or elsewhere out of Sierra Leone, which according to law may
be dealt with in Sierra Leone, the offence maybe tried at any place in
Sierra Leone to which the defendant is first brought or to which he
may be taken thereafter.
