Section 65, The Criminal Procedure Act, 2024

The signature or attestation of the Magistrate holding thecommittal proceedings shall be sufficient prima facie proof of a written statement or deposition and that it was tendered or taken in all respects according to law, and the attestation and signature shall be admitted without further proof, unless the Court sees reason to doubt the genuineness of the statement or deposition.
