Section 94, The Criminal Procedure Act, 2024

(1) A Magistrate Court shall sit to hear and determine thecharge in a room or place to which the public generally shall have
access as far as it can conveniently contain them.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the Court may make
an order for a trial to be heard in camera if it is satisfied that it is in the
interest of justice to do so.
