The Agenry shall, fo the performance ofits functions ulderthis Act, in collaboration with other Ministries' D€Paftnen$ and ' eg"n"ies including the Nationat Public Procurement Auhority' StatisticssierraLeone,theAnti-CorruFionCommission'AuditService Sierm l-eone and the Ombudsman, haYe the power to - (a) request information from Ministries' . Departsnens andAgencies and donor flmded Programrles atrd Projects; O) requ€st th€ submission of documents and data including expendinne ofproj€ct finances by Minisuies' DeParments andAgencies and donor fimded programmes and projects; (c) requirc Ministries' DepafinenB and Agencies and donor ftmded prograrnmes and projects to provide relorts' data' financial estimates or r€turns' contract documents' procurement documents in 'uch form and marner and within such time as may be specified in the corresPondence; Powers of Ag€ncy.
