Being an Act to amend the Summary Ejectment Act so as to increase the jurisdiction of Magistrates’ Courts in respect of summary ejectment. Section 3 of the Summary Ejectment Act, is amended by the substitution of the words “five million leones” for the words “ two hundred and fifty pounds”. Amendment of section 3 of Cap. 49.
