Section 1 of the National Power Authority Act, 1982 isamended by inserting therein the following definition:–
“Special Purpose Company” means a private company
registered under the laws of Sierra Leone for the
special purpose of the development, financing,
construction, implementation or operation or both
of the Bumbuna Hydro-Electric Power Project;”
