Section 15, The Telecommunications Act, 2006

(1) There shall be appointed by the Commission on suchterms and conditions as the Commission may determine such other employees as the Commission may require for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act. Appointment of Executive Secretary. Committees Universal Access Development Fund. Other Staff employees of commission (2) Public officers may be seconded or otherwise give assistance to the Commission. (3) The Commission may engage the services of such consultants and advisers as it considers necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions. PART V – FINANCIAL PROVISIONS
