The Customs Tariff Act 1978, is amended in section 2 byinserting the following new section immediately after section 2-
"2 A For the purposes of section 2 of this Act and any
other laws relating to customs and tariffs, the
definition of raw materials shall mean materials in
their natural state for which no material value
addition is required and excludes materials such as
liquid olien and associated products.
