The Income Tax Act, 2000 is amended in section 85 byinserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph
(b)-
"(c) retained earnings in excess of 50% post tax profit
in a current year of assessment for all corporate
entities including parastals shall be taxed at the rate
of 30%.
