Section 21: Penalty for false answers.

Any person who fails to make a statement or wilfully makes any false statement in answer to a notice undersubsection (1) of section 17 is guilty of an offense and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one million leones or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding one year or to both such fine and imprisonment.
