(1) A member of the Commission shall be entitled to such salary, allowances, gratuity and pension as may bedetermined by Parliament and such entitlements shall not be varied to his disadvantage.
(2) A member shall also be entitled to such privileges and other terms and conditions of office as may be stated in his
letter of appointment.
