Section 35: Impersonation of officer of Commission.

Any person who impersonates an officer of the Commission is guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, besentenced to a fine not exceeding one million leones or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both
such fine and imprisonment.
