Section 28, The Environment Protection Act, 2000

(1) The Director shall maintain a register in which he shall record such particulars relating to licences issued as may be prescribed.
(2) The Director shall effect changes in particulars and rectify any clerical errors in the register or other document containing extracts from the register.
